Return/Exchange Policy

All products on www.matea.com.tr are covered by our own warranty; MATEA GIDA PAZARLAMA TİCARET VE SANAYİ A.Ş.'s own warranty conditions apply to its products. You have the right to return or exchange a product if you receive a defective or incorrect item. However, according to the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for food products, beverages, or other daily consumer goods. The information that our customers enter on our site for purposes such as membership, product/service purchase, and information updates, especially confidential credit card and debit card information, cannot be viewed by other internet users.

You can return the product you received within seven (7) days of the delivery date, in its original condition, without opening or damaging the packaging, without using the product, and in a way that will not prevent its resale. If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, open and inspect it in front of the courier company representative. If there is a problem, do not accept the product and have the courier company prepare a report. Remember that the courier company has fulfilled its responsibilities completely for products that have already been delivered. In this case, you can send it with all invoice copies via the courier company with the shipping cost paid by the recipient. The refund amount will be credited to your account after the products arrive at the warehouse and their compliance with the return conditions is checked.
